Industry: Interior Design & Remodeling
Duration: Since April 2024
When Pristine Home Interiors (PHI) reached out to us in April, they had a fantastic service offering but were struggling to get the right clients. They combine interior design and remodeling, essentially offering a one-stop shop for people who want to transform their homes.
But despite this unique offering, their online presence was practically nonexistent. Their website was outdated, they didn’t even have a logo, and their attempts to attract clients through platforms like Angi, HomeAdvisor, and Houzz were a bust. Those platforms only brought in clients looking for high-end work at bargain prices, which just wasn’t sustainable for them.
PHI needed to connect with clients who understood the value of quality work and were willing to pay for it. That’s where we came in.
Step 1: Building a Strong Online Foundation
First things first, we needed to give PHI a digital presence that matched the quality of their work. We started by:
— Creating a New Website: We designed a sleek, modern website that showcased their stunning projects and really set them apart from other contractors in Dallas.
— Branding: We helped them develop a brand identity, including a new logo and a cohesive design that reflected the high-end nature of their services.
— Migration: We also took care of migrating their Google accounts to new domains, which was crucial for better online visibility.
Step 2: Targeted Advertising to Reach the Right Clients
PHI isn’t interested in taking on just any project—they want big, high-end jobs. So, we crafted an advertising strategy to target exactly the kind of clients they were looking for.
— Focusing on Wealthy Areas: We honed in on the top 1-10% of household income areas within their service region—neighborhoods with $1M+ homes, where homeowners were likely to invest in major renovations.
— Simple, Elegant Ads: For the ad creatives, we kept things minimalistic and focused on beautiful images of their completed projects. These high-end visuals were exactly what resonated on platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
Step 3: Streamlining Lead Management
Once the leads started coming in, we needed a way to manage them efficiently. So, we set up a CRM system to track every lead and ensure they were followed up with immediately through automation.
This not only saved PHI a ton of time but also made sure they never missed out on a potential project.
We’re now working on setting up a full appointment-setting system where our own sales reps will handle incoming leads. This will free up PHI to focus on what they do best — creating beautiful spaces.
If you’re a remodeling firm in Dallas, TX, we won’t be able to help you out. We’re committed to working with just one contractor in each area to avoid conflicts of interest and to give our clients the exclusivity they deserve.
